Summer is here! We all have our “must-have” list of merchandise when it comes to summer fun. It might be flip flops, a new whiffle bat, or an  all-you-can-eat feast from your favorite seafood spot. Oh, here’s one more — sunglasses…

We were excited when we  spotted a QR Code on a direct mail piece that was sent out from The Sunglass Hut. The front of the mailer provided a coupon. The back of the mailer featured a QR Code. Upon scanning the code, people are taken directly to a mobile version of The Sunglass Hut’s website. People could browse on their mobile phones, and find a location for the nearest store.
