It’s titled “How an Army of Techies Is Taking on City Hall“, and it discusses quite a few example of how technology is being used for public service. One of the stories involves QR Codes, and how they are benefiting the community of Manor, Texas.

If you ever have wondered why things aren’t better in your community, or if you are looking for ways to get more people involved, this article will provide some inspiration.

QR Codes certainly bring benefits to marketing departments. But as shown in this article, they can have very practical applications for the public too.
