We are thrilled to announce the release of a new feature within our QReate & Track application.
To help support users that would like a simple way to insert an image or logo in the middle of their QR Codes, we have released a new version of our QR Code generator.
This feature is now available to any registered users that need to create QR Codes for website URLs.
How to Use This Feature
Registered users of the QReate & Track application will now see a new “Overlay Image” section on the QR Code creation page.
Simply click the “Upload File” button to select the image that you’d like to insert into the QR Code.
Here is a screenshot of this new feature within our QR Code generation process:
Our application will automatically re-size the image that you’ve uploaded to 50 x 50 pixels.
Next, click the “Get Your QR Code” button.
Our system will automatically insert the re-sized image into the middle of the QR Code that has been generated.
Here is the QR Code that our system produced during that process:
Any Questions?
We hope that you find this feature helpful as you look for ways to customize the design and look of your QR Codes.
Of course, when it comes to any and all QR Codes that you generate, we recommend that you test, test, test before you actually print them.
This certainly applies even more so to any customizations that you may make to a QR Code, including inserting an image.
However, we do know that when this is done properly, it can certainly help you to spread awareness of your branding and help you to reach the mobile audience!
